"Maybe I Should’ve Known Better"
I ordered it and then just waited forever for it to even start moving. Maybe I’m being impatient, but there weren’t really any proper updates, so I kept wondering if I’d made a bad call ordering in the first place. Shipping was just way too slow for me. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I wanted to give some ESN products a try, but it was kind of a pain. A bunch of the stuff didn’t fit my diet, and trying to figure out what was lactose-free or vegan felt like detective work for a label-reading maniac. The options weren’t super clear, so I had to check every single product like some confused snack gremlin. Taste was fine, nothing awful, but overall it just doesn’t work well for my needs. Giving it 2 stars.

I tried using the site to do what I needed, but I kept running into the same issue and couldn’t really get through it smoothly. The menus were a little confusing for me, and some of the pages took longer to load than I expected. I ended up giving up after a while. It seems like it could be useful, but I’d probably wait until a few things are improved before trying it again.

"Box showed up all crushed"
The box arrived totally smashed up, which was annoying. It feels like the packaging was bad again, and not really enough to protect it. Just not a great experience, honestly.

I ended up getting items I didn’t order at all, which was frustrating enough on its own. What bothered me more was that it felt like I had to be the one to sort everything out, even though the mistake wasn’t mine.

"Honestly, I don’t really trust this brand now"
I ordered from esn.com one time, and maybe it was just my experience, but the whole thing felt kind of off. I’m not trying to accuse them of anything or say everyone will have the same problem, but I didn’t feel like the brand was being super clear or trustworthy. When I reached out to support, they didn’t really help ease my concerns either. I know some people might be totally fine with them, but personally, I’d rather order from somewhere else next time

"Still ended up with lumps"
Really wasn’t happy with how this mixed. Tried it with water, milk, a shaker, even a blender, and still got lumps every time. Sticks to the sides and bottom too, so you end up chewing random bits of powder, which is gross. For the price, expected way better. Won’t be ordering again since there are definitely easier powders to mix.

"Delivery was late both times"
I’ve ordered from them twice, the main thing I remember is waiting around way longer than expected both times. I might not remember every little update, but I do remember the tracking barely changing and support basically just telling me to wait. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me it felt too unreliable, so I don’t think I’ll order again.

I wasn’t really thrilled with the ingredients in this. There were more sweeteners and extras than I expected, which feels avoidable. The taste is okay, but overall it gives off a bit of a cheap quality vibe.

I tried the protein powder from esn the taste was okay. Nothing amazing, but definitely drinkable. The problem was that my stomach just did not agree with it. I felt bloated almost every time after having a shake, which got old fast. Maybe it works perfectly for other people, but for me the digestibility just wasn’t there. Also, when I reached out, the response felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which didn’t exactly make me feel heard...

Maybe it’s just me, but I didn’t find the support helpful at all. I reached out hoping for some clear guidance, and it felt like I just got vague responses that didn’t really solve anything.

I’ve ordered from here a few times, so it’s not like I’m judging based on one random order or anything. I thought the loyalty points would be a nice little perk, but after trying to use them, they just felt kind of pointless.
The rewards are awkward to redeem and don’t really give you much back, at least from my experience. Maybe they work better for other people, but for repeat customers I expected something a bit more worthwhile. I’m not trying to be overly harsh, but I wasn’t impressed and I don’t feel too motivated to order again

"Too Sweet and Frustrating Support"
I really wanted to like this, but the taste was just weird to me and way too sweet. I thought maybe I got a bad batch, so I reached out to support, but I just kept getting passed around in circles with the same basic replies and no real help. Not a great experience overall

I found the label info a bit confusing at times, honestly. I was already getting annoyed from waiting in the queue for so long, so trying to figure out what the labels actually meant just made the whole experience more frustrating.

I gave this a try for a few weeks because I’d seen other people mention they liked it, but i didn’t feel any difference. The taste was fine, so no complaints there, but I kept waiting for the results everyone else seemed to talk about and they just never showed up for me. Maybe it works better for others, but for me it felt like money wasted

"Shorter freshness dates than I expected"
I got my order, but the freshness dates were much closer than I was expecting. For the price, I figured the products would have a decent amount of time left, not feel like older stock they were trying to move. It wasn’t unusable, but it definitely didn’t meet what I’d consider reasonable for what I paid.

"A bit too expensive for me"
I thought I’d be more impressed for the price. The products are fine, actually, they’re not bad, but as I was using them I kept thinking they didn’t really feel special enough to justify paying extra.
Once shipping and everything got added on, it just felt overpriced. I was going to say I might order again, but unless the prices come down quite a bit, I’d probably just buy something similar somewhere else for less

"Wish They Had More Options"
I was hoping to try a few different supplements, but the selection felt limited. A lot of it seemed like the same kinds of products and flavors over and over. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but my basic request for more variety just wasn’t really met. I just wish there were more choices to pick from.
